The Corporate Operations Manager’s overall objective is to focus on process improvement, train, develop policy and procedures, and work with the branches to ensure that they comply with company policy or help facilitate any problems they have.
You will be responsible for all the following tasks:
·Knowledge of the companies Loan programs, procedures, guidelines and technology
·Develop/enhance process through technology, policy or procedures
·Train branches on process/procedures from registration to shipping files
·Work with outside vendors to learn and improve systems
·Work with branches on aged/stale loans – train to eliminate errors in the future
·Understand and communicate all Local, State and Federal laws, high cost guidelines, etc.
·Have a grasp on all Federal Regulations as they relate to the mortgage industry (HMDA, TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA, GLBA).
Please note: You must be able to commute daily to our clients’ office in Agoura Hills. No relocations will be considered.
·You must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply. No H1B Visas will be considered.
·A minimum of 5+ Years in the mortgage industry
·Complete understanding of underwriting/funding/shipping
·Communication skills must be great to communicate effectively
·Excellent computer knowledge
·A minimum of a 4-year College degree
1. Outstanding Communication skills:
Communication includes but is not limited to the following:
·Vendors (Document Preparation)
·The company’s Finance Department
·The Company’s IT department
·The company’s Compliance department
·The company’s Secondary Marketing
·Excellent Customer Service skills are required
·Make sure that the branches comply with the company process
·Work with the branches to meet their needs and understandings
·Develop and implement training on the company policy as it relates to all aspects of Operations
·Completely understand all company processes
·Work with IT to make sure systems are up and running
·Help the branches on any problems they are having as it relates to process
4.Policy and Procedures
·Make sure the branches are following all company procedures and policies
·Work with Compliance/IT to ensure we have the systems in place to facilitate the process in the branch
·Have a complete knowledge of the company’s Under Writing guidelines.
·You must be able to successfully pass a complete Background Check, Credit Check and Drug Screen and provide impeccable references from previous employers.
·You Must have a sense of humor and adventure and the desire to be part of something special.
